May 2018

Wow, I've said it before, I'll say it again: I'm not great at these updates.

So many new things! I'm back up in Maine, this time as an AEA actor in a reading of Bloomsday at Heartwood Regional Theater. If you are in the mid-coast region on May 11th and 12th, come see this beautiful piece. Get your tickets here

Also, I'm music directing for Hampstead Stage Company's new production of American Folktales and Songs. I wrote the lyrics to one of the songs in the show, and can't wait to put my ukuelele playing skills to the test!

Hi Guys,

I have some super talented funny friends who run a satirical blog called Hackstage, which if you haven't checked out, you must! It's some niche actor humor, but it is top of line for it's genre. So they did a little Les Miz parody to kick off audition season, and I'm heavily featured as the Mean Girl/Factory Girl.

Check it out here, and then be sure to like and subscribe to them on Facebook, Insta, and Twitter.

What is it???:
"The staple of JDProductions, Bound for Broadway is a weekly showcase of talent that takes place on Wednesday nights at 7:30pm. Started in 2009 by John Forslund, Bound for Broadway was created as a way for up and coming singers who wanted an outlet to perform for an audience in an intimate cabaret setting."

THE DEETS:
$15 Cover, 2 drink min. IT'S CASH ONLY. I know, I know...but there's also food available for the "drink minimum" if you aren't trying to get schwasty on a Wednesday evening.

Check in out here:

I just got back to NYC after an amazing run of Man of La Mancha at the Orlando Shakespeare Theatre. The production starred Davis Gaines (of Broadway's Phantom of the Opera, among others) and a whole group of talented, kind, funny cast and crew.

I've been out of New York for 4 months, so I'm going to get right back in the swing of things. But I've uploaded some production photos for you to enjoy! PC: Tony Firollo
