Hey people,

This absolute dumpster fire of a year is almost over! Will things magically get better in 2021? Well not magically, it’s going to take a lot of work, but let’s manifest a “yes”.

I’ll finish this year off with announcements: Helena Farhi and I (@chillgrillcomedy) pulled together a non-comedy video reading of “A Child’s Christmas in Wales” with our friends, Steven Czajkowski, Grace Experience and Stephen Shore for Heartwood Regional Theater Company. Heartwood is a beautiful theatre company in Damariscotta, Maine and it’s been an artistic home of mine for years. The five of us met doing plays there and remain friends in NYC. We didn’t get to visit or work up in Maine this year, so when artistic director, Griff Braley asked us to put together something for the Heartwood Christmas Letter, we jumped at the chance. It’s free and features a ton of talented performers, but our section is only available from December 11-14th. Check it out here for some holiday cheer!

Loser Boy (my improv team) does a weekly show at The Tank and we are in a telethon to raise money for their year-end goals! Tough year to be an arts organization, and the Tank has proven to be resilient, innovative and supportive of artists in this most challenging year. We want them to open their doors when live theatre is a thing again, so I hope you’ll consider helping. And finally, in ONE WEEK IT’S THE FINAL EPISODE OF SPECIAL REPORT. Sorry to yell, it’s just exciting. Eight episodes total - written and acted and edited in the middle of a pandemic with a skeleton crew. It’s been wonderful working with Mischief Tales (like and subscribe on Youtube, Insta and Facebook) and I’m really proud of what we accomplished. Watch the first 7 episodes, and get caught up before next Thursday 12/17 when the finale drops. Will there be a season 2? Sort depends on y’all, so tell your friends <3
